Shipping and Return Policy


Shipping Policy

Orders normally ship within 2 to 3 business days of receipt, with personalized items taking up to 2 weeks. We ship all our orders via FedEx Ground which generally takes 1 to 6 business days for delivery. Orders are shipped from St. Paul, MN.

We generally do not ship to APOs or PO boxes. However, if you need to arrange for a USPS shipment please call 866-823-8445.


Rush Delivery

You may also choose to expedite delivery for an additional fee. Next Day Air, 2-Day Air or 3-Day Express are available options. Please call 866-823-8445 for rush shipment rates.


Back-Order Policy

If you order an out-of-stock item we will contact you immediately with an expected time of availability. You may then choose to cancel the back-ordered item or wait for it to become available. If you choose to wait, we can either ship everything together or as they become available. When shipping separately, you will only be charged s+h (if applicable) on the in-stock items; back-ordered items will be shipped at no additional charge when they become available.


Shipping Costs

We offer a flat-rate shipping charge (shown below). Additional charges will apply to international orders as well as orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and to any territory outside the continental U.S. Please call 866-823-8445 or contact us at info@celinecountryman.com for a quote. Please note: the customer is responsible for any tariffs or duty charges.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added only to orders shipping to Minnesota. Tax is charged on the entire order including amounts charged for shipping, handling and personalization.


Special Info

Sale items are available in limited quantities and only while supplies last. All orders will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. Sale items cannot be returned.

Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. This includes Sale items, but excludes temporary special promotion items. For questions and adjustments call 866-823-8445.


Personalized Items

Personalized items may take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Personalized items are special orders and cannot be returned. See also: Personalization Info Page


Product Descriptions

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Returns

If an ordered item fails to meet your expectations, send it back to us unused, in the original packaging, within 30 days of the delivery date, and we will refund your purchase price less shipping and handling. After 30 days we will gladly issue store credit for your purchase price less shipping and handling. In order to receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in new, undamaged condition. Please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your receipt. The Celine Company is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
